Well Visits

Well visits provide opportunities for families to manage their children’s health and learn more about specific developmental milestones or common health concerns. At these visits we generally conduct a thorough physical exam, plot your child’s growth compared to other children, and evaluate his or her development.  This will include a discussion of upcoming developmental milestones and the opportunity to address any questions or concerns you may have.  These visits also give you the opportunity to go over your child’s medical history, discuss any recent health issues, and review your child’s immunization record to make sure he or she is on the right track toward a healthy future.  Any significant issues noted that are outside the realm of the well-child visit may require a separate office visit in order to discuss the problem in greater detail.

Children under the age of two require more frequent visits to the doctor than older children and adults.  The following is our recommended well visits for your child
