Primary Physician
Bruce S. West, MD
Dr. West grew up in Virginia. He graduated from Davidson College in Charlotte, NC, with a Bachelor of Science degree. He completed his Doctor of Medicine degree at the Medical College of Virginia of Virginia Commonwealth University. He then performed his post-graduate training at the Medical College of Virginia Hospitals in the Pediatric Internship and Residency programs. He has been in Pediatric practice for over thirty years. Dr. West is “Board Certified,” having completed all requirements for certification by the American Board of Pediatrics. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. West is the only pediatrician in the area who maintains hospital privileges. He maintains active privileges at Baptist Medical Center Nassau.

Board certification is a voluntary process that goes above and beyond state licensing requirements for practicing medicine. It is an ongoing commitment by physicians to continuously expand their knowledge in a medical specialty.

Raeann Alboher ARNP
Amelia B. Phillips ARNP
Raeann graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing from South University in 2002 and a Masters of Science in Nursing from UF in 2012. She has worked as an ARNP with Dr Bruce West since 2012. Prior to working for Dr West, Raeann worked as a nurse in several Neonatal Intensive Care nurseries throughout Florida.
Amelia graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing from FSU in 2003 and a Masters of Science in Nursing from UF in 2014. She has worked as an ARNP with Dr West since 2014. Prior to working for Dr West, Amelia worked as a nurse in the newborn nursery at Baptist Medical Center Nassau.
Raeann and Amelia are Board Certified and hold certifications in pediatric primary care and neonatal resuscitations and have experience in lactation counseling
