Billing Policies
We accept a variety of insurance plans. If you are planning to switch plans or have any questions regarding insurance, please contact our billing department. We also encourage parents to verify coverage directly with their insurance. Please remember, it is your responsibility to keep us informed of any changes made to your child’s insurance coverage as soon as possible. We are happy to submit claims to your insurance company on your behalf, and our billing department is available to assist you with any issues that may arise. However, services provided for your family are ultimately your responsibility.
To maintain optimal care for all our patients, we ask to be notified as soon as possible if you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment. This allows us to make sure the providers’ time can be used to help other families. Please call at least one business day in advance to cancel scheduled appointments. Failure to give proper notice will result in $25 fee. This fee cannot be billed to your insurance company.
